Return Policies

Mont Echo Naturels wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following about our return policies and we recommend that you check shipments before accepting them.

Unless the product is defective and a return is directly requested by an employee of Mont Echo Naturels, Inc., no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item received from Mont Echo Naturels please contact us to discuss the problem and request a replacement or credit for your purchase. If a return is requested, Mont Echo Naturels must issue a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will issue you a replacement or credit to your account within 7 days of resolution.
